About

Working Dynamic is dedicated to helping people grow into healthier relationships in the workplace. We are focused on addressing how the social-psychological aspect of running a business is still ignored in American business culture on a significantly large scale, which leaves many questions to answer and problems to solve. Perhaps one of the biggest question is where, along the line in a persons business career, do they veer away from the path of integrity and start taking steps towards corruption? What are the factors involved and circumstances surrounding it?

Ultimately our purpose will be to help small business owners, and their teams, better understand what workplace psychology is, how they can create an environment that everyone looks forward to coming into every day, and how it can actually increase profits and revenue. We are in the process of developing some research projects to analyze how satisfied workers and owners alike are in the business they work in and/or have founded, and the cultures and attitudes behind it. We will be gathering as much information as possible about what people like and don’t like about their work environments, what they wish were different or what they wish there was more of, and publishing the information here along with our own thoughts, ideas and philosophies – and we’ll look forward to peer review and feedback as our research evolves.

The dynamic in the working environment is fascinating, and everyone seems to have a story of things gone wrong while only a few have stories about things going right. We invite people to share their stories here, and as we develop research projects to participate in, we will look forward to your participation in helping others understand the value of a happy, healthy working dynamic.

Thank you for you interest, and we hope to hear from you!
